how should i clean my jewelry?
you can clean any clay pieces of the jewelry with a damp cloth. avoid harsh cleaning products and abrasive scrubbing on all clay components.

brass naturally tarnishes when exposed to oxygen. you can polish it with brass cleaner; use sparingly on a microfiber cloth and use sparingly. do not apply the cleaner to any clay pieces. storing your jewelry in a dry environment will minimize tarnishing.
are your earrings hypoallergenic?
all earring posts used are hypoallergenic. some components of specific styles do contain stainless steel and brass which can be an irritant to those with sensitive skin. belle + spruce is not responsible for any skin reactions caused by these posts or any pieces.
what if my order never arrives?
please contact us immediately at sales@belleandspruce.com. any lost or damaged goods are valid for full refund or replacement.
what if my order arrives damaged?
please contact us at sales@belleandspruce.com within 48 hours of delivery. items that are damaged in transit qualify for a full refund or replacement. any items damaged after the order is received or damages not reported within 48 hours do not qualify for refund or replacement.
can i shower and/or bathe in my jewelry?
we do not recommend any activity that will get your jewelry overly damp and wet as it will compromise the strength and finish of the clay.

my jewelry arrived and it looks slightly different from the stock photo. why?
every piece of jewelry is handmade, meaning each and every one is unique; that is the beauty of buying small! minor imperfections and variances in textures and patterns should be expected; no two pieces are the same. colors and shades often vary based on the type of screen and/or device you are viewing. in order to most accurately depict our products, our stock photos are taken in a natural light environment and no filters are used.
